Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
AeroChill Pro™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, AeroChill Pro™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

Once a package is marked as “Delivered”, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
