Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns.

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we typically do not require customers to send items back. This helps reduce delays, eliminate unnecessary shipping, and allows us to resolve issues more quickly.

Simply contact us with proof of the issue, and our team will take care of the rest.


Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item is significantly different from its description

  • Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 30 days of shipment

Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Clear photo or video proof is required

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, a partial refund may be offered, including:

  • Slight color or design variations

  • Shipping delays where the item is still delivered

  • Missing non-essential components

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders successfully delivered as described


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
